I agree this would be a huge help!
Our use case: we do not use paper agendas onsite and need all attendees to have the app downloaded for their agenda. Rather than spending time pulling a report then creating a custom email to only those who have not downloaded (time consuming), it would be better if cvent had an event email that recognized those who have/have not downloaded so that it can be automatically sent to those who have not yet downloaded. This is already a behavior with the "feedback reminder" email. Once scheduled, it will send to only those who have not yet filled out the survey. But doing this, it saves time for planners and saves frustration for attendees who have already responded.

Is it possible to design and send an email from Cvent that will only send to the group of attendees/invitees who have not logged in to the event app? (Like you can with notifications)
We are able to see the log in data on the dashboard so I know the data is saved within the system, but i only have the below audience types when creating a new email.

For context, all of our attendee registration details originate outside of Cvent via our own portal, and we do not use OnArrival/Check in so we only ever differentiate attendees by all and logged in.
If this is not possible, other than exporting the log in details and deducting these from our attendee list and doing a mail merge, do you have any recommendations for how this would be possible?
