Hi there! I added my manager (the event organizer) to the app for pre approval before we send out to everyone invited. He has since lost the invitation email, I have tried to send the link again through the 'event emails', 'mobile app invitation' but the button for the app is not working. I then tried to take him off and add him again, that also didn't work. I think you can use a QR code to download the app? Here is what I found but I don't have the 'sharing your event' option on the left hand side. Wondering if its something I need to add manually? Any help to re-send the invitation would be great! Thanks so much for your help!

Hi Ashley,

If you are just trying to get him to download the app again for approval, you can have him download it from the app store by going there on his phone and just searching either for Cvent Event Apps or the name of your app if it's a branded app. Resending him the email should work however, but I would recommend him opening it from his phone and clicking on the link to download the app that way.
