You can use the "Create View" feature to filter the list of events to show only your events. This is assuming there is a filed (or combination of fields) on the event record that can be used to filter on.
For example, our events have a custom event field that is a "Choice - Single Answer (Drop-Down)" with values for each of our coordinators (the ones who build the events in Cvent).
This field allows each of the coordinators to set up their own custom view that will only display their events. No one else's view is changed, as each person sets their own view choice.
If you do not have a similar custom field, is there another field like region, state, planner name or a unique keyword in the title of your events that you might be able to use to filter out just your events?
