    Hello,

    I'm new to Cvent, so please bear with me.

    We have a WordPress website with a Cvent registration form embedded through an iframe. My client would like to know if it's possible to use a thank-you page hosted on our WordPress site after the registration is completed.

    The main reason for this is tracking. We would like to fire our tracking/conversion scripts from our own WordPress thank-you page.

    I understand this may be tricky because the registration form is embedded in an iframe, and the confirmation page appears within the iframe. Is there any supported way or workaround to redirect users to an external thank-you page after registration, or to send a signal back to the parent WordPress page when registration is completed?

    Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for your question! There is not currently a native setting to redirect registrants from the Cvent confirmation page to an external WordPress thank-you page after they submit.

    If you need to trigger tracking, the main workaround would be custom code on the Cvent confirmation page, such as a Code Snippet that redirects after load. That said, this would be a custom solution rather than standard functionality.

    If you want the more supportable option, I'd recommend adding a button or link on the confirmation page that sends attendees to your WordPress thank-you page.
