Cvent Beginners

Hello,

I am trying to set up my registration for hotel rooms based on how an attendee answers a question.  If they have indicated they are going to attend the morning seminar, I would like for them to have the opportunity to come in the hotel the night before, if they are not coming to the event until the afternoon, I don't want them to be able to sign up for a room until the day they are arriving.

Any direction/help is appreciated.

If they will be differentiated by admission item or registration type, you can create a rule for it to only allow specific hotel check in/out dates.  If not by registration type or admission item, you could put those pre arrival dates as shoulder dates and turn on approvals for that night.
