Hi everyone,

Looking for some advise!!!!

I am trying to import a budget and one of the fields that I need to import is a Custom Field which has several options that can be checked.

If I try to import data for that field by adding only one value, it works perfectly and the system checks the option imported, but I do not know how to do when I need to select several options. Any guidance?

Hi Roberto,

The budget custom fields can be imported with multiple values as well. Please ensure that the custom budget items field created under Admin is created as a multiple choice answer type, post which in the import file we can add the choice separating by comma and a space.

For example if the choices are a, b and c, in the import file they can be added as "a, b, c".
