Thank you for your question! This sounds so fun!
At this time, Attendee Hub does not support a Game action where attendees earn points by scanning each other's badges.
The QR Code Game uses event-generated QR challenge codes, while attendee-to-attendee badge scanning is part of the separate QR Code & Scanner / Contact Sharing feature for networking. Because of that, badge scans between attendees won't currently complete a Game action or award points automatically.
If your goal is a networking bingo experience, the closest native option today would be either:
- use the QR Code Game with event-generated challenge codes
- use attendee badge scanning for networking/contact sharing, but manage the bingo tracking outside of the built-in Game scoring.
I'd recommend submitting this idea to our product team through participate > product ideas for a future enhancement!

Hi all!
I have been trying to figure this out for a while now. I need to create a human bingo game for attendees of our event. The goal was that attendees would have to scan each other's badges (QR code) and follow prompts like "Scan someone's badge who is an educator". The point is they would have to meet/ get to know 25 people following the prompts we provide, and each scan would give them 5 points. I cannot figure out how to get the action to be scanning other badges. The QR code game populated 25 QR codes that we would have to print (?) or display somewhere and that defeats the purpose because people could just scan them all without interacting with anyone. The AI chat bot tells me that this format is possible (scanning badges) but following its directions it skips over the part where I make the action scanning other attendee badges. Any help is greatly welcome! Thank you!
