Yes - this can be done. To support 3 different registration pages/paths with 3 separate invitee lists, you'll want to set up a separate registration type for each audience, then create a dedicated registration path for each one and link them together.
After that, each invitation list should be tied to the correct registration type by going to Invitation List > Edit Settings > Advanced Settings > Assign Registration Type.
If you want each audience restricted to only their intended experience, keep the other registration options closed/private as needed so only the correct invitees can register through that path.
Once setup is complete, I'd also recommend creating and testing a separate weblink for each registration path to confirm each audience is routing correctly.
