I am adding a session to a live event that is invitation only.  It's at the same time as three other optional sessions.  It there a way to track RSVP's in Cvent without creating a new event?  I don't want to unhide the session as others may select it who are not the intended audience (C-suite only.)  Curious if other planners have done something similar.  Attendees will have already have selected one of the other optional sessions in that time slot.

Hi Samantha,

If your c-suite attendees have a different registration type than the rest, you would be able to have the session only show up for those with that specific registration type. When editing a session, under the Availability header on the first Details tab is a setting called "Limit which registration types can attend this session" here you can select the specific registration types that can register for a particular session.
