    Hi,

    I noticed that the Invoice Number has a lot of this symbols # (see the screen below)

    Is this because the registrations for my event are still in the pending stage, or do I need to change some settings instead?

    Hi Giovanna,

    Yes, that's correct - these values will populate once your event is launched and you are collecting actual registrations. They do not show in the pending status.
