Hi Jennifer,
These registrants are appearing as "pending" because you are using registration approval and these registrants haven't been approved yet. You can approve them in their attendee record under "Update Status" > Approve Registration. Once they are approved, that is when you will be able to print their invoice. Until then, they are still in pending mode, which means an invoice has not yet been generated.

All 3 registrants used a discount code, if that helps anyone figure this out.
