Hi - I haven't had that issue before but maybe try initiating a chat with them instead? That way, they might be able to solve it over the chat, and if not, the ticket still gets created and gets addressed.

I am new to Cvent, I was hoping somebody could help me out here. I am trying to submit a new case for an issue I have with my personalized token but the submittion is not working. Once I click the submit button, nothing happens. I tried refreshing, clearing cache, logging in through incognito but nothing works. Anyone else faced this issue?
