Thanks for flagging the random lines and breaks you're seeing in your emails.
This behavior is usually caused either by:

A Divider widget or borders on a row/column in the Email Designer, or
-
How certain emails (especially in Outlook) render nested table backgrounds and borders.
A couple of quick checks you can try in your template:

In the Email Designer, click where the line appears and confirm there isn't a Divider widget there; if there is, delete it or remove its border/height.

Select the surrounding row/column and remove any top/bottom borders and make sure the background color of the widget, its column, and the section all match.

Compare how the email looks in different clients (e.g., Outlook vs. webmail) to confirm whether it's specific to one person.
If none of those options help, I would recommend reaching out to Customer Care to troubleshoot further.

I am still getting this now, but it seems to me to be an outlook issue from Cvent emails as it is not showing on the email designer...
