Hello everyone

I just downloaded the onArrival app and tried to login with SSO (domain name) as well as my account name.

I somehow cannot log in with both methods. I had no issues at all with logging into the cvent website using SSO. 

Has anyone had similar issues? I would appreciate if you can share your experience.

Hi Jeongbeen,

OnArrival SSO is set up separately from Cvent Planner SSO for logging in. You will want to make sure you follow the steps to get OnArrival SSO set up first and then you should be able to log in successfully: SSO: Configuring OnArrival
