When using registration approval is there a way to only capture minimal registration fields until they are approved?  Looking to capture the identity confirmation fields plus company name and possibly 1-2 other fields.  Once they are approved for the event, I would then want them to complete all registration fields.  Is this something that is possible?

Hi Renee,

If registration approval is enabled for a registration path, then the registrant will have to fill out all of the required fields and questions present on the registration path at that time. There is not a way to only capture minimal registration fields until they are approved - it will show them everything present on the registration path at that time. I recommend submitting this as a product idea within Participate > Product Ideas for our product team to consider as a future enhancement request.

Hi - You could use Event Waitlist instead of Approvals.  For waitlist, they put in basic info.  Then they can be added from the waitlist. But then they will have to go into their registration and modify to complete the full registration.
