I am a hotel DOS who needs to gain access to Passkey GroupMAX for reservations dropping soon. I have been unable to get a login for this, I do have access to CVENT.

It sounds like you need a Passkey username. Please submit a case to Passkey Support to receive a user name. You can call or submit a case online.
