If you are using the new badge designer under OnArrival > Badges you should be able to access all the data tags using either Text Line or Text Area.
In our case, we use a custom contact field for our pronouns to match our university's specific pronouns. {[C-CUSTOM:Pronoun]}

From what I can see, the pronouns standard contact field added in the registration process, cannot be added to the name badges yet? Can someone please let me know if there is a way to include this pronoun answer on attendee name badges?
