First, have a few attendees confirm that notifications are allowed for the event app both in their phone's IOS settings and inside the app (the "allow notifications" / "get notifications" option). Next, ask them to log out of the app and back in or reinstall it to re‑register their device. If all of that checks out and pushes are still not being delivered, it's best to contact Cvent Support with your account name, event code, and a few specific attendee examples so the team can review the backend delivery and push configuration in more detail.
