We run multi‑language events (English and Spanish) and have noticed that while the event app interface correctly switches languages, push notifications do not translate. Even when attendees change their app language to Spanish, they still receive notifications in English.
Right now, the only option is to create a separate set of notifications for each language. This becomes problematic because English‑speaking and Spanish‑speaking attendees belong to the same groups used for notification targeting (event participants, session registrants, registration types, audience segments). There is no way to target notifications by language, and the system does not auto‑translate them.
It would be extremely helpful if Cvent could support automatic translation of push notifications based on the attendee's selected app language. This would reduce duplicate work for planners and ensure attendees can read all communications in their preferred language.
If there is a workaround or upcoming enhancement, we would love to know.

Subject: Push Notifications in Multi-Language Events
Hi,
We are conducting an event with both English and Spanish sessions. If we turn the multi-language event toggle on, will push notifications automatically be translated? I didn't see them mentioned in any of the articles.
