  • 1.  Removing Duplicate Records

    I have two exhibitors with slightly different organizational name spellings.  I'd like to remove one of them, but there doesn't seem to be an option for doing so.  So, how do I delete / remove / disable a duplicate Exhibitor?

    Hi Bob,

    Navigate to exhibitors > exhibitor list > click actions > delete exhibitors and then the click box will appear for you to click and delete that exhibitor from the list.

    Resolved with help from one of your support folks.  Surprised to see that I have to FIRST pick the action then the EXHIBITOR to which it is to be applied.  Work for group changes, but it is a counter intuitive UI approach.  Should be select OBJECT then indicate what I want to do to it.
