I checked on this, and the 150‑reservation limit you saw is coming from the Rooming List Manager prompt, not from a system cap. Passkey can process rooming lists with thousands of reservations without an issue.
When you submit a rooming list, there's a prompt that gives you a choice between processing only the "selected records" (which is capped at 150 at a time) or all records. If you switch that option to process all records, your full list (including 1,600+ reservations) can be uploaded in a single pass as long as the file validates.
