Please review your GroupLink codes in each tab of GroupLink setup to verify accurate room type codes are saved for each sub-block and marked as complete. Each code should contain only one room type code, and multiple codes cannot be saved with a comma in the fields. After confirming and/or completing room code edits, retry sending the reservations via RezHub. If the issue persists, please contact Passkey Support by opening a case via Cvent Community.

We are receiving the below message.
Can't update reservation in Opera.Ifc Default for ROOM_TYPE : "CKN" not found in Opera. Validation routine : ROOM_TYPE: "CQ1N,CD2N,CK1N" not found in Opera.
The planner uploaded the room types as CKN instead of CK1N. We have correct this after the fact and once the rooming list was uploaded to passkey.
We have now attempted to correct the room category in the event set up section. IT is now reflecting CK1N and room type code now matches opera correctly. However, the rooming list is still not uploading.
Do you have any insight?
