Hi Jadyn,
Hope you are well!
There isn't a direct way to do this. However, you can use an alternative approach if you want invitees to choose between options like Yes, No, or Maybe.
You can create three optional sessions named "Yes," "No," and "Tentative" (or any options you prefer). Then, create a session group using your question as the group name and add these three sessions to that group.
During registration, this will appear as a question with either a dropdown or radio button format, depending on your display settings, allowing invitees to make a selection. Later, you can run the Sessions report to track each attendee's response.
You can refer to the following articles for detailed steps :

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Subject: Session Item - Choose "Yes" or "No"
How do I set up a session in CVENT where registrants are required to choose "Yes" or "No" next to the session? Right now, I am only aware of the set up where you make the session optional and then the registrant will select the session if they plan to attend. A lot of our registrants are not realizing if they plan to attend the session, they have to physically "select" the session. Since they aren't required to make a selection of "Yes" or "No" it is messing up our registration.
