Hi everyone, we've just signed up to cvent and trying to put a quite complex event together for next year.  We've had some training sessions but got ourselves in a pickle, so we are starting afresh with a simple event for a launch in October. No fees, just a seminar where around 80 members will need to register and tell us of any dietary requirements!  We've done the training snippets, but is there a guide on how to set up an event from start to finish.  I've set the event up, created a registration type and path, put the dietary requirements onto the registration form but not sure what else I need to do apart from the site design!  Even a simple flow diagram would do, just showing us the correct process.  Thanks in advance for any assistance!  Cheers, Emma

    Hi Emma,

You can check out this Knowledge Base article for an easy reference to building out your first event.  It links to many other Kowledge Base articles to get you the info you're looking for.  Building Out Your First Flex Event (cvent.com)

I also recommend Cvent Academy for some more training that you can take at your own pace and refer back to.  The Event Management for Planners I & II learning plans are a great resource that I still use to double check that I've hit all the steps in the right order.

    Best of luck!
