  • 1.  Speaker has more than one title

    Hello, I am new to using Cvent so hopefully I selected the right topics. I am editing a Cvent agenda, where there are some speakers who have multiple titles.  It looks like I can only currently show 1 title and 1 company for a speaker. Is there a way to add more, or at least, modify something to show that a speaker has more than 1 title/company? Thank you in advance.

    Hi Julie,

    Welcome to Cvent! You're absolutely right-by default, Cvent allows only one title and one company per speaker in the speaker profile section.

    However, a common workaround is to combine multiple titles and companies into a single entry. For example, you can format it like this in the Title field:

    Senior Advisor, XYZ Corp | Co-Founder, ABC Group

    This way, both titles and affiliations show up together wherever the speaker details appear. Just be mindful of how it displays on your agenda layout-sometimes shorter formats look cleaner.
