1. What are some of the biggest challenges you're facing in the industry right now? Costs... everything has risen exponentially (f&b, travel, lodging, a/v, décor, etc.) so we can't even rob-Peter-to-pay-Paul. We have to make events worth attending in person, so toning down the "wow" doesn't work well without cutting down on the attendee experience.
2. What are some of the innovative ways you're using our products to create unforgettable experiences? We're able to eliminate handouts by utilizing digital components and can add in some networking and feedback components via Cvent/CrowdCompass.
