  • 1.  Who Has Registered for a Room

    Can anyone tell me how I can see individuals that have registered for a hotel room? We have a room block, and I'm able to see the number that have opted to stay in the hotel, but I'm having a hard time finding a list of names. Thanks in advance!

    Hi Rachel,

    Hope you are doing well!

    You can access reports to check the information of how many invitees booked a hotel.
    Go to the event> on left side drop down list select 'Report'> Reports> "Hotel Request Details"> Run.

    Otherwise, you can also follow these steps to see the results in a list- 
    Go to the event> on left side drop down list select 'Attendees' >Manage Hotel Requests >From the top drop-down, change it to 'Hotel' and you will see a total number of requests, and their status as well.
