Welcome all Passkey users to Cvent Community! We’re excited to have you join us so we can learn more about you and your experiences with Cvent and Passkey. Cvent Community is a place to discuss best practices, gain new skills, and learn from other Cvent users to help you thrive in the event and hospitality industries. We wanted to extend a warm welcome and provide you with some references and places to visit early on as you become more accustomed to Community.
Open Forum
The Open Forum is the Community's bread and butter. You'll be able to network with like-minded individuals to ask and answer questions to quickly overcome product challenges, find useful tips and hacks, and stay in the know. As well you can participate in our scheduled Huddle of the Week, Poll of the Week, and Tip of the Week.

We put the most popular and important Passkey resources into one complete package so you can get started or get a refresh with Passkey, complete pieces of training, and browse popular topics.
Product Ideas
Submit your own feedback and vote for product ideas from other users to help drive the future of Cvent and power your virtual, hybrid, and in-person event programs. We look forward to hearing your feedback. When you submit an idea, include how the product's current state affects you as a user and provide a suggestion for how the process should work in the future. Post your idea and we'll keep you updated on where the idea is in our roadmap.
Using Community and Best Practices
Whether you're new to Cvent Community or communities in general, we have our Welcome Center to walk you through how to use the site.
Things like:
- How to set up your account and profile
- Subscribe to topics and products that get discussed (Hint: subscribe to Passkey
- Posting, replying, and following discussions
- Tagging your posts with the #Passkey product tags so other users who've subscribed can get notified and jump into the discussion
- Marking a helpful reply as the ‘Best Answer’
