I am using Cvent post-registration.  Meaning, I have asked them to register using a different platform.  As I manually do a bulk upload of registrations, I also want to add their hotel reservations in the confirmation email.   I am able to configure the email, but I am not sure where I can add the hotel data related to their reservation.

Appreciate any help on this!

Hey Isobelle,

Are you uploading hotel information with their registration data as a Hotel Request? If so, once you have uploaded all of that and everyone and everything is in the system, you would then use the Data Tag "Hotel Reservation Details - All" to add their hotel information to the email. 

You won't be able to automatically send the email when you upload the registrations as you have to upload the hotel requests seperate from the registrations. But, you can send the confirmation email manually to everyone after the uploads.
