Is there a way to setup some kind of voting process for attendees at an onsite event, using attendee hub? I would like to do a "best booth" contest on my exhibit hall and have attendee vote in real time. Doing this digitally would be most ideal but I am not sure if the functionality exists (or if I could use existing functionality in a new way). Thanks!

Such an interesting idea! Without officially testing either of these suggestions, I am not sure if they would work properly, but that is what we are here to do--brainstorm!

Option 1 - Add a session for the time that the exhibit hall is open for voting. Like Tuesday afternoon from 12-5PM. In the attendee hub side of thing, you will need to add the poll and use the live presentation link to either project or have visible on the screen in the exhibit hall. Each attendee will need the event app and go to the session to see the live poll. You might be able to use notifications to draw people to the session to vote or directly to vote.

Option 2 (More Complex)- Use the gamification for only the exhibit booths, but this will be a little tricky as you would be doing this in an inverted way. Basically, you would need to setup each attendee with a QR code and the Exhibit Booth would scan the attendee's QR code if they want to vote for the booth. That way you would only have the Exhibit Booths on the display screen.

Another idea if you have Premium Survey, is to set up a survey and have them answer the survey question on which booth was their favorite.  You could set up a separate general feedback survey and label it Best Booth Contest or if you set up a session for the exhibit hall time you could create a session survey that is for just that session.

I've utilized the surveys as a voting tool before. I had pictures of what they were voting on, but you could just list the company names and let them select one or their top 3 favorites. The reporting piece was really easy to identify who placed first, second and third.
