Cvent Beginners

hello, how do I use the barcode for arrival, should i download an app? has anyone used it?

Hi Sofia,

If you are talking about the QR code, you can download Cvent's OnArrival app to scan them for attendee check-in! I haven't used it yet - my events have either been a full OnArrival Premium kiosk check-in, or we've done OnArrival Basic just checking them in by name - but I'm hoping to use it at an upcoming event.
