Hi, I created a registration page by copying it from a previous one, and now the owner doesn't want the translation, so I need to delete the translated pages, but I cannot find how, I appreciate your advise.

Hi Omaima,

There are two things you need to address here: removing the Language Selector widget from the registration pages, and disabling the language itself from the event. You cannot remove the event's base language (for example, English if that is the default), and default invitation lists cannot be deleted. This means if the copied event had a default list for that language, you may not be able to fully remove it from the system, but you can remove the Language Selector widget so registrants never see the option.

Step 1 - Remove the Language Selector Widget from the Site Designer
This prevents registrants from switching languages during registration. 

1. Go to your event and navigate to Website and Registration > Website > Open Site Designer.
2. Locate the Language Selector widget on the relevant registration page.
3. Click on it and delete it.
4. Repeat for any other registration pages or headers that have the widget.
5. Click Save or Publish.

Step 2 - Disable the Language from the Event 
If you want to fully remove the language from the event itself: 

1. From the left-hand navigation of the event, go to Emails > Invitation Lists.
2. Click on the invitation list for the language you want to remove.
3. Click Delete in the top right.
4. Once the invitation list is deleted, go to Event Information (under General/Details).
5. Click Edit, then uncheck the language under "Event Languages."
6. Click Save.
