    I have created my CVent site, but the link provided says there is nothing there. How do I make my site public?

    Hello David,

    If you have not launched or opened the website the event the weblinks are not active. Weblinks will only work for features that are live.

    Thank you for getting back to me. I appreciate your help!

     

    When I look at my registration types, they all show that they are open for registration. I can't see anything else I need to do to make the registration site active. I tried calling customer service yesterday, but got no answer. I will try again.

    David,

    If you can share the registration weblink I can determine what may be causing the issue. 

    Doublecheck you do have the Registration Active and Website Live (if using website) under Feature Status on the Home navigation

    I discovered how to make the website active, but when I click the link in the invitation email I sent myself, it says "Registration Not Available." However, once I remove the popup, there is a link on the page for registration.
