Doublecheck you do have the Registration Active and Website Live (if using website) under Feature Status on the Home navigation

When I look at my registration types, they all show that they are open for registration. I can't see anything else I need to do to make the registration site active. I tried calling customer service yesterday, but got no answer. I will try again.

If you have not launched or opened the website the event the weblinks are not active. Weblinks will only work for features that are live.
