Morning

Trying to register for an event that we created so I put things through it's paces - and get an error message saying based on my informaiton, registration is not allowed - UM, REALLY? 

What might be causing this (aside from me being daft) as I have not come across this before. Pic of error included.

Hi Declan,

One possible cause could be Invitation List Issues – If the event is invite-only, check that your email is included in the invitation list.

To remove the Invitation Only restriction and allow public registrations, follow these steps:

1. Go to Registration > Registration Process.
2. Click on the Gear Icon next to the Registration Path.
3. Under Privacy Settings, check the box for "Open to Public".
4. Save your changes.
