Cvent Beginners

I have been attempting to replace the footer image on an event in the web designer and it will not take.  What gives?

Without knowing which event this is happening in, it's hard for me to look into this further. It could be that the image is the wrong size or that section can't hold an image. I would recommend calling into our customer care team for assistance. They will be able to provide you more information.
