Cvent Beginners

Good Morning,

I've conducted my first event using cvent and I'm currently in the reconciliation period after the event. I'm trying to pull a report that only shows those who registered but did not check in. I'm having difficulty in finding the correct criteria to run a report with only this data.  Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi, I would suggest using the Registrants Report. If participation was marked for attendees, then I would enter the following info under Advanced Criteria (click on Data > Change Report Data) within the report and enter the following under Advanced Criteria.

Field: Participant
Operator: Equals

Value: No

That will show all attendees did not attend. Hope that helps!
