I believe if I looked into the correct event that you've been working on, I may have something you can try. I noticed in your event's survey designer, the changes you've made haven't been published. My suspicion is that maybe at one point the survey wasn't visible/active and you've since made and saved the edits but haven't published them to reflect outside of the designer. I would try publishing first from your Event > Surveys > Feedback Surveys > Open Survey Designer > Publish button. I would then check your Event App and see if the survey card is now showing up. If it is not, then I recommend calling into our Customer Care team at 866-318-4357 for further support, as they can walk through what you're experiencing and see it on their end in real time in order to remedy the issue.
