Moving from Prismm to Cvent Event Diagramming FAQ

Moving from Prismm to Cvent Event Diagramming

Starting in May, your Prismm workspace will be moved to Cvent Event Diagramming (formerly Social Tables).

What's staying the same?

Your Prismm events

You and your collaborators will be able to access all Prismm events and floor plans dated January 1, 2022 and after using the Cvent Event Diagramming platform.

Your subscription plan

Your current plan offerings will remain in place.

What's changing?

Your account log in

Starting on May 13, you will be asked to activate your new Cvent Event Diagramming account using your current Prismm account email. This allows all of your existing Prismm workspace to be transferred to Cvent. Afterwards, you’ll log in by going to login.socialtables.com.

A new home page

After you activate your new account, you will have access to a new home page that will show all of your events created in Prismm. If you create new events in Cvent Event Diagramming, they will appear on the same home page along with your events from Prismm.

Creating new events

You are recommended to create new events in Cvent Event Diagramming, but you can still create events in Prismm for a limited time. All events taking place on or after
October 1, 2026 must be created in Cvent Event Diagramming.

Using your existing templates

Templates in Prismm will not be automatically saved to your new Cvent Event Diagramming account. Once you move to Cvent, you can recreate your templates as Saved Layouts to use them in your new Cvent account.

A new limit in Cvent

Your event limit in Cvent Event Diagramming will be matched to your limit in Prismm. Your event usage and limit in Prismm will not be affected.

Editing your existing events in Prismm

After moving to Cvent Event Diagramming, you will still be able to edit your existing events using Prismm before
October 1, 2026. On this date, your Prismm events will become view-only. Recreate your events in Cvent Event Diagramming to keep editing them.

Accessing events before 2022

Events created in Prismm with start dates before January 1, 2022 cannot be accessed in Cvent Event Diagramming. You can export your floorplans and reports as PDFs.
