I am Abhishek, a seasoned event technology professional with over 13 years of experience specializing in Cvent. My journey in the events industry began after I joined Cvent in 2010, where I developed a strong foundation in technology, design, and project management.
In 2019, I started on my own and began consulting for events, corporate branding, and technology for global clients. I have had the privilege of working with prestigious clients like Shell, EIP, and now Martech weekly, delivering tailored event solutions that optimize processes and enhance attendee experiences through the implementation of Cvent tools.
Given my background and as an advanced-level certified Cvent expert, I have a deep understanding of event management, MRF, and integrations. My career with Cvent has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to drive success for large-scale events and streamline operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
In addition to my technical expertise, I also bring a suggestive approach to every project, ensuring that event goals align with business objectives. I’m passionate about helping organizations leverage Cvent’s capabilities to deliver exceptional results.

You were previously with Cvent, but now work more in the event space. Cann you tell us about your current role?
At Martech Weekly, I lead the strategic and suggestive end-to-end implementation of our events. This includes managing registration, analytics, and on-site logistics, as well as utilizing Attendee Hub to drive engagement and seamlessly communicate with attendees. I focus strongly on event branding and design, aligning each event with Martech’s unique voice and aesthetic. Additionally, I connect our event platforms with websites, whether using headless CMS or WordPress-based solutions, to ensure a cohesive digital experience that enhances brand impact and attendee satisfaction.
How long have you been using Cvent? What Cvent products do you currently use?
Almost 13+ years. Event platform, Meeting Request Form, Registrations, Attendee Hub, OnArrival and little bit of Event Diagramming.
You’ve been working with Cvent for a long time! Which certifications do you hold?
I have certifications in Advanced Events and Attendee Hub.
How have you helped others within your organization be successful with Cvent technology?
Primarily using Cvent for events in an effective manner. I work to help clients fully leverage the power of the platform and see how engaging and enterprising an event can be if they use it better.
For those who are just starting with Cvent, what advice would you share with them?
If you are looking for one robust solution which is compliant and has everything built into and integrates well between registration and onsite management. Then Cvent is the tool to go for.
What is your favorite Cvent feature and why?
It's not a feature but an approach how Cvent is designed from ground up, keeping in mind the volatile nature of events, it still is able to meet 90% of the needs most of the times.
